These Terms apply to use of www.couturierista.com and purchases from Couturierista.
Seller
The seller is Couturierista, obrt za trgovinu i digitalne usluge, registered in Croatia. Full mandatory business information is available in the Legal Notice linked in the footer.
Products and availability
Products are subject to availability. We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, images, prices and inventory accurate. Minor colour differences may occur because of screen settings. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will inform the customer and refund any payment for that product.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed to customers include applicable taxes where required. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the final total are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, an evident pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud or inability to deliver. Any amount due will then be refunded.

Legal rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable and their legal rights concerning non-conforming goods.
Liability and force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Croatian law, without depriving consumers resident in another country of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence.
