14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the goods are received. To exercise this right, email info@couturierista.com with the order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days using the instructions we provide. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Condition of returned goods

Goods may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop. The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return products with their original tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies, including personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A reduced price or sale label alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where helpful. This does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods or the minimum legal guarantee applicable in the EU.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order.
