Shipping Policy

We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Available shipping methods, final shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

• Order processing: normally 1–3 business days.
• Economy delivery within the EU: approximately 6–11 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery within the EU: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery outside the EU: approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These periods are estimates. Public holidays, carrier delays, weather and customs procedures can affect delivery.

Tracking

When the order is dispatched, tracking information is sent by email. Orders may be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx or another tracked carrier available for the destination.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the European Union are not normally subject to import duties. For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by local authorities.

Address and failed delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect it, reasonable return or redelivery costs may be deducted or charged.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
